For the love of dogs

Boldly connecting people, science, and policy.

We work to establish public policy that promotes the replacement of dogs in human product safety testing with evidence-based scientific alternatives.

Our Mission

Human-relevant science, better for beagles and better for people.

The Marty Project works to establish public policy that promotes the replacement of dogs in human product safety testing with evidence-based scientific alternatives.

What We Do

Three ways we drive change.

01

Champion

As a 501(c)(4) nonprofit lobbying organization, we champion bipartisan legislation that promotes the advancement of human-relevant technologies to replace dogs in human product safety testing.

02

Collaborate

To ensure our programs and lobbying efforts are relevant, we collaborate with multi-stakeholder groups — scientists, nonprofit leaders, and lawmakers — to help guide our planning and decision-making.

03

Change

We engage members of the public to act as volunteer ambassadors on our team, working with state and federal leaders to educate and encourage policy change.

Better for dogs. Better for all.

Join us in building a future where human-relevant science replaces outdated testing on dogs — and delivers safer, more reliable results for people, too.
